Children’s Sunday School

Longs Peak has a wonderful Sunday School program for children of all ages. Even the church nursery has a mini-lesson based on the same curriculum as the other children. During the 10:30 Traditional Service, there are classes available for pre-kindergarten (age 3-5) through fifth grade.

Sonlight Singers

This program allows our children to utilize their musical abilities. It is held on Sunday mornings from 10:50 to 11:15 a.m. This talented group of kids have provided music during Sunday worship as well as performing at nursing homes and the YMCA!

Music Drama Camp

This exciting week is held in June each year. It is designed to incorporate both music and drama into our children’s lives.

Nursery

Our Nursery provides a loving and nurturing atmosphere where babies and young children can interact and play while their families worship and attend Sunday School.
The Nursery is staffed with trained volunteers during each worship service on Sundays and babysitters on Wednesday evenings for classes and Bible studies.
Children are entertained in a safe and clean setting with fun toys, books, crafts and an energetic staff so that your worship experience at Longs Peak can be meaningful.
For those families who choose to remain with their children during worship times we offer a cry room equipped with quiet toys and books on the north end of the Sanctuary.
